| Notes: | Dark ruby-purple in color with brilliant clarity. A beautiful balance of old world and new, this elegantly-styled varietal wine shows aromas of violet, lavender, blue fruits, bramble, black plum, baking spice, and hints of new leather. With evident but lithe viscosity, it has a silky entry, bright mid-palate acidity, and soft, integrated tannins. It unfolds with flavors of plum, blue fruits, and spice, and finishes with lingering notes of juicy black fruit and toast. |

| Review: | 92 points, Wine Advocate, October 2011: "Spice box, cedar, rose petal, and black cherry aromas set the stage for a lingering, already complex, lengthy offering that is a fine example of the potential for Tempranillo in eastern Washington. Drink this outstanding wine from 2012 to 2021." | |
