Reviews:

91 points, Wine Advocate, August 2010: "Medium purple in color, it sports a fragrant bouquet of cedar, Asian spices, cassis, and a hint of balsamic. Ripe, layered, nicely concentrated and well-balanced, it merits 2-3 years of cellaring and should offer prime drinking from 2013 to 2023."

93 points, Wine & Spirits, October 2011: "This blend of merlot, cabernets sauvignon and franc comes from one of the Columbia Valley's oldest vineyards. It leads with scents of Christmas spice, plum, tar and cardamom. The richness of the texture suggests a ripe wine, but instead a wonderful freshness permeates the palate, marked by lively, bright acidity, which gives the wine life and vibrancy. It's still young, but shows great promise."

91 points, International Wine Cellar, November 2011: "Good full red. Aromas of cherry, licorice, menthol and cocoa powder. A juicy, spicy midweight, sweet but not at all over the top. Best today on the juicy, long finish, which features fine tannins, a note of mocha and very good grip. An excellent showing."
