Direct Sales

There are several options for purchasing directly from Fall Line:

• Buy Fall Line's wines while visiting the winery.
• Order by telephone, or fill out a General Order Form and fax or mail it. You may arrange to pick up your order at Fall Line or have your wine shipped directly to you (shipping charges and local sales taxes apply). Note, direct-to-consumer shipments are closely regulated. If you would like to order wine to be shipped, be sure to read below for important details.
• Become a member of the Summit Express Wine Club, and have each vintage of Fall Line wines delivered to your door.
• Become an annual Season Pass holder, and enjoy substantial benefits on future releases of Fall Line wines. Attend the 'Preview' Open House in November, and pick up your order there. Or have your order shipped directly to you.

Summit Express Wine Club

The Summit Express Wine Club is designed for those who wish to receive Fall Line's wines on a regular basis at preferential prices.

As a member of the Club, you will receive two shipments each year, one in March and one in November. Each shipment will consist of three different bottles of newly released wines.

Your annual commitment is six bottles of wine. There is no fee to join the Club.

Shipment Details and Charges

You will be notified by e-mail at least ten days prior to each shipment date. Your credit card will be charged when your wine is shipped.

As a member of the Summit Express Wine Club, you will enjoy a 10% discount on regular retail prices. Your credit card charge will include the total discounted price of the wine, the cost of UPS Ground shipping, and applicable sales tax.

Summit Express Benefits

As a member of the Summit Express Wine Club, you will enjoy each vintage of Fall Line wines delivered to your door. Your membership also includes these privileges:

• Your 10% Club discount applies to all additional regular purchases of Fall Line wines.
• You, and any friends or family members who accompany you, are exempt from any tasting fee at any tasting event held at Fall Line Winery.
• You (and Season Pass holders) will receive advance notice of, and be given the first option to purchase, any special releases of Fall Line wines.
• You (and Season Pass holders) will receive advance invitations to, and be given the first option to attend, any special Fall Line events, such as library tastings and winemaker dinners.

Term of Membership

Once enrolled, you remain a member of the Summit Express Wine Club. Should you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit a written notice of cancellation at least one month prior to any shipment date.

Season Pass Program

The Season Pass Program is designed for those who wish to make advance purchases of future releases at significantly preferential prices.

Your Season Pass is good for one year. Each season begins on November 1, and the season ends on October 31 of the following year.

Pass Options

Passes may be purchased any time from September 1 through the start of the new season, on November 1.

There are two levels of Season Pass. Choose to purchase either the 20-Pass or the 30-Pass:

• Become a 20-Pass holder by submitting your paid order for 12 to 23 bottles (i.e., at least one case) of upcoming-release wine. Your 20-Pass gives you a 20% discount on your order.
• Become a 30-Pass holder by submitting your paid order for 24 or more bottles (two or more cases) of upcoming-release wine. Your 30-Pass gives you a 30% discount on your order.

Season Pass orders must be received by November 1. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact the winery if you are not already a member of the Fall Line Mailing List.

Season Pass orders may be picked up at Fall Line's annual 'Preview' Open House in November. Alternatively, you may have your wine shipped directly to you. Please read below for important shipping details.

As a Season Pass holder, you will enjoy these additional privileges:

• Your discount applies to all additional regular purchases of Fall Line wines that you make during the season. There are no required minimums on subsequent purchases.
• You, and any friends or family members who accompany you, are exempt from any tasting fee at any tasting event held at Fall Line Winery during the season.
• You (and Summit Express members) will receive advance notice of, and be given the first option to purchase, any special releases of Fall Line wines during the season.
• You (and Summit Express members) will receive advance invitations to, and be given the first option to attend, any special Fall Line events (such as library tastings and winemaker dinners) held during the season.
• As a current Season Pass holder, you retain the option to renew (or upgrade) your pass in the following season.

Direct-to-consumer shipments are closely regulated on a state-by-state basis. Currently, Fall Line is able to ship directly to residents in the following locations:

• Kansas (winery visit required)
• Minnesota
• Missouri
• North Carolina
• Oregon
• Rhode Island (winery visit required)
• Washington, D.C.
• Washington State

Please note, shipping charges and applicable sales taxes will be added as appropriate to all direct-ship orders, and an adult signature will be required for delivery.
